| Job Title: | Civil Engineering Technicians |
| Job Duties: | 1) Be familiar with construction laws and regulations, such as design specifications, construction technology regulations, the compulsory provisions of construction standards and other policy documents of construction and design.Draft detailed dimensional drawings and design layouts for projects and to ensure conformance to specifications. 2) Review drawings. Find the existing problems in the drawings. Then verify and modify them in time. Make sure that in the drawing the structure is clear and the size is accurate. 3) Calculate dimensions, square footage, profile and component specifications, and material quantities using calculator or computer. 4) Read and review project blueprints and structural specifications to determine dimensions of structure or system and material requirements. 5) Confer with supervisor to determine project details such as plan preparation, acceptance testing, and evaluation of field conditions. 6) Develop plans and estimate costs for installation of systems, utilization of facilities, or construction of structures. 7) Prepare reports and document project activities and data. 8) Report the erection problems occurring at project site to supervisor and negotiate changes to solve the problems. 9) Evaluate facility to determine suitability for occupancy and square footage availability. 10) Be responsible for arranging and filing the construction documents and drawings. |

| Qualification Requirements: | 1) Bachelor degree or above in civil engineering or relevant; 2) Be familiar with steel structure knowledge; 3) At least 1 year technical work experience 4) Proficient in using software CAD. 5) Constructor Certificate is preferred; 6) Ability of understand relevant terminology in Chinese and in English is preferred. |
