| Job Duties: | 1) Plan, direct, or coordinate quality assurance programs. Formulate quality control policies and control quality of laboratory and production efforts. 2)Collect and analyze production samples to evaluate quality. 3)Analyze quality control test results and provide feedback and interpretation to production management or staff. 4)Stop production if serious product defects are present. 5)Monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. 6)Communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, outside vendors, or contractors 7)Organize the preparation of the quality system documents of the erection of the project 8)Monitor the process quality during the process of construction, deal with the quality problems. 9)Identify and manage the inspection & test condition of the sub-item, item and unit of the project. 10)Find the non-conformity, issue the NCR and monitor the site workers to rectify. Participate the analysis of the non-conformity reasons, carry out the correction & prevention requirements. 11) Keep the record of the quality control process. |
