| Job Duties: | 1) Develop criteria for survey methods and procedures. 2) Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics of terrain. 3) Conduct surveys of the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features and record the results. 4) Verify the accuracy of survey data including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites. 5) Prepare or supervise preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys. 6) Coordinate findings with the work of engineering and architectural personnel, clients, and others concerned with projects. 7) Adjust surveying instruments to maintain their accuracy. |

| Qualification Requirements: | 1) Minimum three years working experience as a surveyor. 2) Surveyor Certificate required. 3) Good knowledge of surveying. 4) Professional ethics, strong sense of responsibility, able to station in Saipan for the duration of the contract. 5) Ability to understand relevant terminology in Chinese preferred. |
