Job Title: Operations Manager
Job Duties: •Achieves budgeted sales and maximum profitability. •Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement. •Ensures that effective cash and asset controls are in place throughout the property. •Closely monitors solicitation and booking activity through the sales and activity reporting process and periodical spot checks. •Develops and supports the sales promotion plan in accordance with the Business Plan process. •Maximizes sales potential of the property and the management company. •Maintains a high personal visibility throughout the property. •Maintains an appropriate level of community public affairs involvement. •Maintains knowledge of local competition and general industry trends. •Makes final personnel decisions (i.e., hiring, firing, promotion, demotion and transfer based on recommendations of managers.) •Establish and maintain policies and procedures to effectively guide company personnel in their business activities. •Evaluate regularly the performance of subordinates and provide guidance as necessary to assure progress toward company and individual goals. •Resolve disputes between subordinates as necessary to keep business activities in line with company objectives. •Communicates effectively within the property. •Coordinates internal training and development programs. •Creates and maintains “guest first” priority throughout the property. •Fully utilizes and follows through on guest comment programs. Responds quickly to deficiencies and takes corrective action.

Qualification Requirements: •College degree, preferably in business management. Preferably able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace. •Previous business management experience, minimum of three years experience as an assistant General Manager, budgetary and financial experience. •Proven management skills, specifically in managing people and recruiting. •Strong administrative skills
