| Job Duties: | Installs, maintains, operates, and repairs machinery equipment, physical structures, pipes, and electrical system power tools and other machine tools in commercial establishment as necessary to perform duties as maintenance. May use specification such as blue print, manuals and schematic diagrams for the purpose of installing, operating, maintaining and repairing. Inspect work sites to determine condition or necessary repairs. Measure materials or objects for installation or assembly. Mark reference points on construction materials. Install structures or fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, trim, or hardware, using carpenter’s hand or power tools. Study specifications in blueprints, sketches, or building plans to prepare project layout and determine dimensions and materials required. Review, prepare & conduct necessary carpentry work including installation, vanishing & painting. Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment. Perform other related duties as maybe assigned or required. |
