| Job Duties: | Paint walls, equipment, buildings, bridges, and other structural surfaces, and decorate workpiece surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spray guns. Prepare new surfaces, such as bare wood or metal, for finish coats prior to painting. Mix colors or oils to obtain desired color or consistency. Examine finished surfaces of workpieces to verify conformance to specifications and retouch any defective areas and other related duties. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Minimum of 6 months to a year of related work experience or more required. Must be knowledgeable in using power and hand tools and equipment, preparation and application of protective and decorative coats of paint, varnish, lacquer, and/or other related materials to interior and exterior surfaces of buildings, furniture, equipment, and other structures. Familiarity with OSHA and CNMI Environmental laws. Knowledge and understanding of blueprints, sketches and plans relative to the work at hand a must and other related duties. |
