| Job Duties: | This position requires strong collaboration with internal teams and related affiliates to help deliver successful communication strategies in line with company objectives. Work seamlessly with the VP, VIP International Marketing and key stakeholders to define and create a leading sector offering. Assist with the development of the annual marketing and service plan to support the overall objectives of the VIP department. Administer and direct market research, competitor analyses and retention initiatives to highlight key opportunities for growth; specifically within European markets. Manage and coordinate innovative marketing and lead generation campaigns to drive revenues and brand awareness; guarantee coherent and succinct communications. Operate within agreed marketing budgets and regularly revue in line with operational activity; reconcile monthly. Devise and manage tailored media and social communication strategies, utilizing a range of PPC, SEO, and paid search techniques. Oversee agreed marketing activities with external agencies and collaborations from implementation through to execution; monitor and report on effectiveness. Research and install effective reporting mechanisms to track digital traffic and conversion to online content; ensuring the company is a breadth and is utilizing up to date industry technologies. Maintain and maximize effective relationships with all external collaborators, including external agencies, consultants and freelancers; negotiate fees in-line with allocated outsourcing budgets. Embody a dynamic team ethos. Ensure that all related departments are aligned and engaged with marketing activity by instilling effective communication channels. Performs other duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have a Bachelor degree or equivalent in related field. Minimum 2 years related agency experience. Must have good understanding of digital marketing. Must have experience with expanding client base in target-oriented environment. Must have the ability to understand the hospitality industry and related customer service principles. Must be able to simultaneously manage numerous project and deadlines; creative and innovative approach. Must be solution based mentality; proactive and works with initiative. Must possess excellent written and oral communication, team-building and problem-solving skills. Must have outgoing character and strong interpersonal skills needed to build strong relationships; must have excellent customer service skills. Must have the ability to adapt well to new environments. Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time. Must be of legal age to work in a casino. Must be able to secure a Commonwealth Casino Commission Gaming License. |
