| Job Duties: | Basic duties and responsibilities shall include but not limited to the following: To directly supervise and coordinate activities in managing the courier service and repair shop activities of the company including pick up and deliveries of documents, messages, packages and other items between offices or departments within an establishment or directly to other business concerns. Record information such as items received, delivered and recipients' responses to message. Oversee the maintenance of office activities. Do canvassing, purchasing and online orders for various auto parts and materials for clients. Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency of the services. Manage and monitor collections and payable schedules of the business. Prepare invoices, collect payments and make bank deposits. Monitor and update business licenses, tax dues and payments, employees payrolls and other business requirements. Perform other related duties as required by management. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must be a graduate of any four year Bacherlor's Degree, and has strong knowledge and experienced in Administration and Management, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. Must be capable in canvassing, purchasing and online orders for various auto parts and materials. Can work independently and has a good organization and planning skills. With a minimum of 3 years work related experience preferably in a managerial position. Must have professional written and verbal communication skills. Willing to work on flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. |
