Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager
Job Duties: Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving, and building maintenance in lodging and dining facilities. Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing and presentation of food to ensure that food is prepared and presented in an acceptable manner. Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving, and building maintenance in lodging and dining facilities. Count money and make bank deposits. Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations. Coordinate assignments of cooking personnel to ensure economical use of food and timely preparation. Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, checking delivery contents to verify product quality and quantity. Monitor budgets and payroll records, and review financial transactions to ensure that expenditures are authorized and budgeted. Maintain food and equipment inventories, and keep inventory records. Schedule staff hours and assign duties. Establish standards for personnel performance and customer service. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties. Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes. Plan and direct activities such as sales promotions. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: Any combination equivalent to a Bachelor Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. A Degree is preferred. Must have minimum 1-2 yrs experience on a Restaurant Setting not on the fast food outlet. Sufficient knowledge on computer to fulfill management functions is a must. Can handle multi task work load. Must have valid driver’s license. Must be able to handle split shift schedule. Must be flexible with work schedule. Must have Food Handler's Certificate. Must be able to work in the U.S.
