| Job Duties: | Direct and Mange operations for cost effectiveness, efficiency, and Safety.Ability to generate new business development and revenue independently.Create and drive a business plan strategy that successfully meets sales goals and expected profit margins. Management of existing business accounts and continuously building customer rapport. Ensure quality service to our customers and enrich working relationship with our vendors. Knowledge of domestic and international transportation and freight forwarding services.Plan, trouble shoot problem-solve and oversee day-to-day operations. Implement improvements for overall performance. Lead, coach, mentor, counsel, and develop personnel. Maximize performance to positively impact bottom line profitability. Participate in client consultation, quoting, booking, billing, arrange all aspect of air, ocean and domestic and international transportation. Handle carrier negotiations. Review and action various reports designed to assist in running the company efficiently. Conduct face to face meeting with carriers and clients. Exude the highest level of customer service to both your internal and external business partners and set the expectations that the task give will be complete to their satisfaction. Develop customer SOP's. |

| Qualification Requirements: | 8-10 years of domestic and international freight forwarding experience with proven track record of success in a management and leadership. proven ability to meet deadlines and obtain result through people. ability to manage numerous assignments simultaneously in unpredictable, rapidly changing environment. High level of initiative, self-starter who can work well under pressure. Intimate knowledge of the air, ocean, domestic and international freight forwarding process is required. Extensive knowledge of MS office, Word, Excel, and outlook express. Working Knowledge of various market, Carriers, and DG Handling. Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to details. Excellent communication skill. Excellent customer service skill. Knowledge of TSA and FAA regulations. Ability to effectively schedule and monitor direct reports. Previously management experience required. Must be Bachelors degree in Engineering or marketing and Business courses preferred. |
