| Job Duties: | 1)Plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as architecture and engineering or research and development in these fields. 2)Manage the coordination and overall integration of technical activities in architecture or engineering projects. 3)Direct, review, or approve project design changes. 4)Confer with management, production, or marketing staff to discuss project specifications or procedures. 5)Present and explain proposals, reports, or findings to clients. 6)Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications. 7)Be responsible for the technical management of the project from initial design to the completion acceptance, including construction scheme deepening, progress control, coordination between specialties, design quality guarantee and external communication. 8)Be responsible for the construction plan and drawing check and technology guarantee according to the schedule of the project. Organize the spot check of design quality and quality evaluation for the reasonability, feasibility, economical efficiency and the major technical issues. 9)Be responsible for researching , establishing, revising and implementing each technical management system, organizing to deal with the major quality accident and solve the technical problem. 10)Be responsible for the technical issues during construction period of project. |

| Qualification Requirements: | 1)Bachelor’s degree or above in a construction-related field such as civil engineering,. 2)Minimum five years’ experience in construction companies; experience as Chief Engineer preferred. 3)Certified engineer or equivalent with good knowledge of technical expertise. 4) Must be fluent in computer skills including but not limited to office, AutoCAD and other engineering software to meet the need of the Project. 5) Equipped with the technical specifications, standards and knowledge of own field. 6.Fluency in Chinese preferred. 6)Salary is commensurate with experience. |
