| Job Duties: | Oversees the company’s stations operations, ensuring the daily performance of company goals and standards. Specific tasks: • Responsible for the hiring, appointing and training of the Station Leads and Cargo Manager. • Coordinates day-to-day airline activities with the Director of Operations and the Director of Maintenance. • Directs and oversees the marketing and sales effort for passengers and cargo relative to the local business market. • Coordinates with the Accounting Department personnel in their duties relative to budget preparation. Monitors departmental budget performance. • Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties. • Monitor suppliers to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed goods or services within budgetary limits.Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints. | Qualification Requirements: | • High school graduate; Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce or related field highly preferred. • With at least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity in the field of customer service/relations. • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment preferred. • Computer literate. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Ability to speak Chinese preferred. • With excellent written and oral communication skills.
