| Job Duties: | Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all human resources policies, procedures, standards, systems and program. Provides supervision and direction as well as coordinate all activities of the Human Resources Office to ensure that all established goals are achieved. Manages and administers a specialized corporate-wide human resource activity such as recruitment, selection and retention, employee relations, compensation, training and development, organizational development, classification, training or benefits and occupational safety. Responsible for major program administration, policy and procedure formulation and implementation involving in-depth communication and analysis. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Degree or Diploma in human resources management, business administration, public administration or equivalent plus three (3) years generalist human resources experience or professional level supervisory experience or any equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training where personnel skills and managing people are demonstrated; knowledge of the principles and pracces of HR management; knowledge of business principles, HR relevant legislations and regulations; knowledge of HR relevant software; knowledge and experience in strategic planning, workforce planning, performance management and HR alignment; highly motivated, organized, outgoing with excellent communication and leadership skills; computer literate. |
