Job Title: Strategic Marketing Manager
Job Duties: •Responsible for the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives that serve to attract new customers as well as maintain and retain existing customers. •Development and execution of effective prospect and retention marketing programs for the property. •Oversees all strategic marketing projects to ensure accuracy and integrity of all offers, customer lists and customer records. Evaluates and inputs all marketing customer list requests. •Produces timely analysis reports to determine profitability of strategic Marketing programs. •Assist the company to make marketing decisions by assessing the promotional needs, gathering pertinent data and analysing the results. •Works with multiple departments to monitor and identify areas in which IT systems can be implemented to reduce labor costs, increase customer satisfaction, and increase revenue. •Use existing databases to create reports and answer key questions about guest activity such as inquiries regarding demographics, profitability, program redemption, etc. •Assists in the creation of Return on Investment spreadsheets and in developing strategic marketing plans and budgets. •Work closely with related departments to manage and utilize the customer databases to consistently yield the most profitable mix of business. •Develop, provide and utilize data driven decisions and efficient data extraction. •Analyzes customer and group trends and provides monthly report •Implements and executes promotions (immediate, mid-term, and long-term) to ensure business growth, net gains in customer database development, and that the property retains existing customers and acquires new customers. •Per direction of the Marketing Director, responsible for the design and execution of all promotions that drive business for the Casino. •Develops canned promotions with collateral support, via all media/communication options, that can be implemented. •Ensures that promotions are creative, bring energy to the property, and adhere to regulatory requirements and regulations. •Partners collaboratively with Casino Analytics to create reporting and measurement of promotions which target business development and gaming growth, to ensure they meet or exceed expectations. Develops tools and reports to demonstrate that goals have been met. •Maintains an ongoing schedule of promotions as outlined in the property marketing plan. •Prepares financial pro-forma projections of expected profitability for proposed promotions and generates post-formas, so to measure the results of past promotions and events. Makes recommendations for the feasibility of repeating or modifying promotions. •Directs, oversees, and assists the Marketing Director with planning of promotions, entertainment and other marketing projects as assigned. •Communicates all events and information related to the events to operating departments to ensure timely coordination of all promotions and assures that appropriate personnel are equipped to address customer concerns. •Establishes an effective working relationship with all operating departments and customers. •Understands and is responsible for department and Company policies and procedures pertaining to all games. •Assist the Director of Marketing in the development/implementation of marketing plans •Promote/coordinate media and speaking opportunities •Manage media relationships •Maintain/update website content •Develop/facilitate marketing training •Assist the Director of Marketing in the RFP process •Identify internal/external resources to address opportunity •Build and support a strong and strategically focused client/agency team •Work in close partnership with Best Sunshine International’s Executive Management to identify potential new business opportunities, and develop plans and action steps to secure such business, both on a local and regional basis •Provide strong leadership to the agency business development team

Qualification Requirements: oAssociate’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent; Master’s in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred. o5+ years of marketing experience in a professional services environment with at least 2-3 years of experience working in a casino. Proven Track record in roles that directly support revenue growth for a portfolio of products. Extensive experience in designing and executing successful Go-to Market strategies.
