| Job Duties: | Job Summary – •Supports the Food and Beverage Service team by performing serving of beverages and food to guest including mise en place of food preparation, set up of functions, set up of food and beverage equipment, bar operations, cashiering and assisting with the preparation of service. •Cashier duties including handling, billing and receiving of payments, in an accurate and profession manner which ensures guest satisfaction and minimizes losses to the facility. •Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the role) Mise en Place and Food Preparation Assist with receiving and storage of goods Clean and maintain equipment and premises Maintain hygienic standards and procedures Assist with the preparation of functions and service Assist with cellar operations Assist with the preparation of an outlet for service including: oCleaning of equipment oSorting of stores equipment o Cleaning and maintaining glassware for service o Cleaning and maintain flatware for service oCleaning and maintain china for service oPreparing waiter stations oPreparing buffet service oPreparing service equipment and materials oAssisting with table preparation Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships •Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled •Attends and participates in training sessions as scheduled •Professionally handle inquiries billing and payment of bills in compliance with the facility’s established policies and procedures •Strictly adhere to the facility’s established policies and procedures with regard to the handling of payments, credit, house funds and shift hand over |

| Qualification Requirements: | Required Skills – •Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the facility, the brand and the Company. •Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency. • Preferably able to speak and write English/ Mandarin Qualifications – •High School, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience – •Food service experience with general knowledge of restaurant & Bar operations preferred. |
