| Job Duties: | Ensure that the welding spot be plump to be with the shape of a fish scale,periodically inspect welder equipment to guarantee stable and reliable performance, inspect drying condition of welding materials and guarantee the condition meeting requirement, for first-level welding seams and those with special design drawing requirements, intermediate testing inspection shall be done to complete the operation After welding, clear slag crusts to make surface quality meet standards. Ensure the seam welding perpendicularity of angle welding in accordance with regulations of design, record the data of thermal treatment after welding and ensure hardness of welding seam is up to standard, stamp the steel seal of the welder’s code at the welding seam, offer check and acceptance materials according to rules, strictly perform according to safety technique operation specification for electric welders, achieve safe and civilized construction. |
