| Job Duties: | Visits resorts to ascertain accommodation quality and suitability. Liaises with coach operators, airlines, hoteliers and resort reps. Maintains service levels, contracts and costs. Confirms customer names with airlines/hotels. Collects, evaluates and responds (as appropriate) to customer feedback. Uses market research information to guide decisions. Produces brochures and Internet-based information. Provides pricing information. Markets holidays to clients via travel agents, websites, brochures and television advertising.
