| Job Duties: | Responsible for carrying out safety policies or quality/environment/vocational health, responsible for comprehensively managing the whole process of the constructions project, organize relevant workers to establish management systems of project department, perform the contract signed with construction unit and the liability statement of project management, control the target by stages to guarantee achievement of project target, responsible for checking project quality plan, project management implementation planning, or construction organization design, checking engineering design alteration, adjusting rough calculation and budget, dealing with compensation claims and other fundamental work, cooperate with the company to well complete the work of checking construction and calculating price, optimize the configuration of manpower, material, mechanical equipment, funds, techniques, info, and other production factors of the construction project and dynamically managing them, actively popularize and apply new technologies, crafts and materials, strengthen on-the-spot civilized construction and timely find and well treat sudden accidents, assist the company to complete the work of inspection, authentication, and award declaration for the project, coordinate and treat internal and external affairs of the project department. |
