| Job Duties: | Receive and count daily sales collection from the hotel, restaurant and golf course and other outlets. • Monitor and prepare report for the inventory in all departments. • Receive payments from the tour agents and tenants. • Prepare, examine or analyze accounting records, financial statement, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. • Establish table of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts with the concurrence of the manager. • Develop, implement, modify and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, using computer technology. • Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting or other tax requirements and submit it to the manager for verification. • May appraised and evaluate inventory property and equipments. • Verify receipts and vouchers from the outlets and agents. • Prepare and send tour agents golf and hotel monthly billing. • Updating daily receipts and sales reports thru excel. • Mail checks payments and maintain control log. • Entertain vendors and suppliers for billing and checks for pick up. • May assist the department manager in analyzing business operations, trends, costs, revenue financial commitments and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice. • Secure financial information by completing data base backups. • Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential. • Performs other task as determined and assigned by supervisor. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent. Have at least 2 to 4 years accounting work experience in a Hotel/Golf industry. Have knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, A/P, A/R, G/L, bank analysis and reporting of financial data. Excellent in mathematical and communication skills. Ability to maintain highly confidential nature of accounting works and possess professionalism with good manners and right conduct. Knowledge in different accounting software application, must know how to operate Peachtree program and must be computer literate. Must be able to work under pressure, and meet deadlines. Willing to work in flexible shifts, in all weather condition, days, evenings weekends and holidays. |
