| Job Duties: | Basic duties and responsibilities shall include but not limited to the following: Perform work involving the skills of maintenance occupations to keep the structure of an establishment in repair. Duties may involve pipe fitting; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and repairing buildings, floors, or stairs. Do routine preventive maintenance to ensure that automobiles are continue to run smoothly. Keep automobiles including the office surrounding area in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Assist in inspection, operation, or testing automobiles or equipment to diagnose malfunctions. Assist customers in dropping off or picking up rented automobiles at any hotel around the island of Saipan, CNMI. Performs other related duties as assigned by management. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have an excellent knowledge in automotive repairs and maintenance including building maintenance and carpentry. Must be able to perform routine preventive maintenance and diagnose mechanical problems and determine to correct them. Can communicate well with various Clients. Ability to work in a variable schedule on occassion, including weekends and holidays. |
