Job Title: Office Cleaner
Job Duties: Prospective employee will be required to clean and disinfect employee lounge rooms, kitchen, bathrooms to include sinks, toilets, mirrors (replacement of tissue, paper towel, and hand soap), etc. Sweeping, Mopping, Dusting of all desks and furniture, mill work, cabinets, door knobs, counters and tops, cleaning of blinds, windows, polishing and waxing of floors, tiles, etc... Candidate will also remove all trash from all receptacles following replacement of can liners. Must be proficient in handling all kinds and types of cleaning equipment to include buffing, shampoo, and commercial drying machines. Candidate will also be required to deodorize and vacuum all carpeted areas. Candidate must know how to strip and wax all types of flooring, working independently or within a group of cleaning crew. Candidate must know how to dilute cleaning agents following strict mixing guidelines, and other duties as may be prescribed by the immediate supervisor on duty.

Qualification Requirements: Prospective employee must have either a high school diploma or 4 months to 2 years working experience as an office cleaner or commercial cleaner with accompanying reference letters from previous employers, must be well-versed in English and can write and communicate effectively, have his/her means of transportation to and from work and back home and must be dependable and reliable. Dependability and reliability is crucial in this field as we cater to businesses and agencies, alike. Candidate must be able to lift as much as 70 lbs. since the environment covers ample office space and movable furniture which may require lifting from time to time, etc... Our company is a drug-free work place. Once hired, candidate must submit a valid and up-to-date police clearance from the Justice System.
