| Job Duties: | As captain is responsible for the total operation of the yacht. The position ranges from being in charge of a full time staff of one. You are responsible for the supervision of the crew as well as ensuring the enjoyment of all guests onboard. And, of course, the captain is the navigator. Works very closely with the manager and guests, and has a comprehensive understanding of their needs. Responsibility for the navigational safety and integrity of the yacht. Areas of responsibility include Sport, Entertainment & Activity(S.E.A) Staff, Crew as applicable. As a head in Yacht, directs and works with managers and employees to successfully execute all cruise activities and events, including dining promotion. Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize safety. Document all trips prior to the start of and at the conclusion of each trip. Inspect cruise for damage and cleanliness. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Additional Responsibilities: Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees; serve as a role model. Runs S.E.A team shifts whenever necessary. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Requires at least two-year degree in related position. At least over 2 years of related work experience in this field. Must have valid International or CNMI’s over 100tonnage boat license and a proven record of navigation. Requires the engineering knowledge. Must pass all American Red Cross Lifeguard requirements (including a 300 yard continuous swim test). Willing to work in flexible shifts, days, evening, graveyard, weekends and holidays. Be able to work in flexible position, Beach, Waterpark zone, Land sport section and Ocean Yacht, etc. Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to Manager. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by management. Speak with others using clear. Have excellent multi-tasking and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude, professional, neat and well groomed at all times. Be able to stand, sit, walk, run or swim for an extended period of time and have to carry up to 70 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Manager. |
