| Job Duties: | Responsibility for the safety of our guests and for the navigational safety and integrity of the yacht. Participates in the following: deck seamanship, passenger and cruise safety, training exercises to include man overboard, fire, abandon ship, hazardous chemicals, Marine Security (MARSEC), and other related training or drills required by US Coast Guard, Federal, State, or Local policies or directed management. Under the supervision of the Captain, assists in daily cruise operations to include activities and dining events. Assists the Captain/Mechanic in minor repairs to cruise main/auxiliary systems. Inspect cruise for damage and cleanliness. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to captain. Runs S.E.A shifts whenever necessary. Welcoming and supervising children; in the kids club as well as Activity area. Works very closely with the captain and guests, and has a comprehensive understanding of their needs. safety. Promotes and serves as Master of Ceremonies in Activity area activities, and Vitality programs. Explains and demonstrates use of apparatus and equipment for: Kayaking, Playing tennis, Aquarobic, Yoga, Golf, Snorkeling and any other related activities. Organizes and conducts tournaments(Group Sports, Land sports, Watersports, etc). Help in the implementation and the organization of good quality supervision for the children; coherent and adapt to the expectation of the children and their families, according to the standards of Kensington Hotel Saipan. Leading manual kids lounge or kids club activities. Being responsible for children’s hygiene and safety. Performs as lifeguards as well as implement games and activities to keep the waterpark and beach as active and fun as possible. |

| Qualification Requirements: | At least over one year of related work experience in this field. Have valid CNMI driver’s license. Must pass all American Red Cross Lifeguard requirements (including a 300 yard continuous swim test). Be able to work in flexible shifts, days, evening, night, weekends and holidays. Be able to work in flexible position, Beach, Waterpark, Land sport section and Ocean Yacht, etc. Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures. Have excellent multi-tasking and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude, professional, neat and well groomed at all times. Be able to stand, sit, walk, run or swim for an extended period of time and have to carry up to 70 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Cruise Ship Captain. Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures. |
