| Job Duties: | Perform any combination of light cleaning duties to maintain hotel rooms, lobbies and all public facilities, in a clean and orderly manner. Duty may include making beds, replenishing linens, with the use of carpet cleaning restrooms and hallways, vacuuming and shampooing carpets, washing and drying of linens with use of carpet cleaning equipment, floor polishers, floor washing machine, laundry washers and specified cleaning chemicals. Responsible for ensuring optimal satisfaction from the moment guests arrive at the hotel until they depart, by assisting with supervision. Ensure the prompt return of clean rooms to reception for resale to incoming guest. Inspect guest rooms, guest areas and employee areas and assess compliance with all any observed deviations and trends to established standards. Runs housekeeping shifts whenever necessary. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High School Diploma or equivalent. At least over three years of related work experience in the hotel industry. Acquired hospitality related program is an asset. Speak with others using clear and professional language. 2nd language skills is prefered for handling the guest who can not speak English. Willing to work in flexible shifts, days, evening, night, weekends and holidays. Be able to perform in flexible position, room attendant, houseman, laundry attendant and room inspector. Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures. Have excellent multi-tasking and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude, professional, neat and well groomed at all times. Be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time and have to carry up to 70 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Assistant Supervisors. |
