| Job Duties: | • Responsible for co-ordinating, managing and monitoring the performance of trade contractors in the site operation, quality-housekeeping and logistic aspects; • To review the programme for subcontractors and monitoring site work progress; • To work with other project team members and consultants to evaluate and monitor the interfacing requirements for various trade contractors working concurrently or in overlapping manner; • To assist the Site Operation In Charge and Logistic Management to arrange, supervise and monitor the materials delivery, access control and common facilities for trade contractors; • To co-ordinate the inspection process led by the consultants for trade contractors and endorse for proceeding. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Diploma or above in Construction or Building related discipline with about 25 years of experience in construction industry and at least 10 years of which was responsible for site operation and management with a building contractor's organization; • Experience gained with a building contractor on large scale projects would be an advantage; • Candidates must be self-motivated, have excellent leadership skills and be able to achieve / drive a team and work under pressure within a demanding environment. • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Construction Manager / Senior Site Supervisor / Site Supervisor. |
