| Job Duties: | To assist the Site Manager to ensure that the contract conditions and specifications of the project are properly observed and maintained; To prepare the contractor’s report and site progress report as required by the client and architect; To lead the preparation of clarification request, report on instruction, confirmation of instruction, etc.; To compile the daily reports prepared by the supervisors and submit to the architect; To assist the Site Manager to monitor site progress; To liaise with clients, architects and consulting engineers with regard to the timely issue of necessary construction information. Carry out the checking of accuracy of the information with other project staff; To liaise with subcontractors and suppliers with regard to timely issue of information for material submission and construction. To ensure the latest construction information is passed to the right person for execution; To coordinate with site staff and subcontractors to gather any queries and discrepancies in drawings and report to the architect or consultant for solution; To attend the subcontractors’ meeting and staff meeting and prepare the corresponding minutes; To attend the utilities co-ordination meeting an prepare the minutes; To lead and monitor the materials and drawings submissions. Prepare materials submission and deliver schedule and monitor the progress regularly; To participate in the material purchasing and support material controller in the material checking, handling, stock inventory checking, etc; To assist the Project Manager and Quality Assurance Manager to set up and monitor the project quality assurance system; To carry out any other duties as assigned by Company |

| Qualification Requirements: | Degree holder or equivalent in relevant discipline; Holder of Professional Membership or equivalent is highly preferable; Preference will be given to applicants having over 12 years of experience in the building construction industry and with a minimum of 6 years construction management or project management experience in managerial positions gained within building contractors or developers, 5 years of which was taking up a management role on large scale projects; Candidates with proven contract administration experience / knowledge is of definite advantage; Candidates must be self-motivated, have excellent leadership skills and be able to achieve / drive a team and work under pressure within a demanding environment. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Candidates with less experience will be considered as Project Manager / Deputy Project Manager / Senior Project Coordinator / Project Coordinator. |
