| Job Duties: | To lead and train a team of BS staff to handle the BS co-ordination works. To review of designs, specifications and contract documents. To manage material submission, delivery, inspection, and site storage. To manage general BS works co-ordination and site supervision, such as works planning and monitoring, spatial and sequence co-ordination, quality control, interfacing between various trades, and systems testing. To control sub-contractor’s shop drawing submission and preparation of CSID and CBWD. To manage works inspection, system handover, and defect rectification. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Degree holder or equivalent in relevant discipline; Holder of Professional Membership or equivalent is highly preferable; Preference will be given to applicants having over 20 years of experience in the building construction industry and with a minimum of 6 years construction management or project management experience in managerial positions gained within building contractors or developers, 5 years of which was taking up a management role on large scale projects; Candidates must be self-motivated, have excellent leadership skills and be able to achieve / drive a team and work under pressure within a demanding environment. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Candidates with less experience will be considered as Deputy BS Manager / Executive BS Engineer / Senior BS Engineer / BS Engineer |
