| Job Duties: | Responsible for monitoring site works progress against Master Programme and report to Senior Management the progress status; To integrate the Trade Contractor's working programme into Master Programme. To examine buildability of building designs. To check for value engineering of building construction project. To co-ordinate with client, architect and other consultant teams members in terms of architectural design co-ordination inclusive of design submissions / approvals from Government. To attend consultant meetings & site meetings. To liaise with client, architect and other consultants in regards to the construction matter. Establish good working relationship and partnership, take follow-up and remedial action immediately whenever complaints are received. To oversea & monitor progress of construction project. To coordinate with other project staff to participate in project meetings. To review the performance of subcontractors and suppliers. To coordinate with relevant Government departments, utilities companies and their contractors to enable the smooth running and completion of the project. To make periodic reports and assessment of risk management. To establish handover procedures during completion of building. To report to direct superior regarding complaint from client and review for remedial actions be taken. To review and investigate for improvement opportunity with innovative mind. To carry out any other duties as assigned by the Company. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Degree holder in Building / Engineering disciplines or equivalent; A least 15 years of experience in construction industry; Solid supervisory experience of the planning function is extremely desirable; Proficient in the use of PC, project - planning application software (MS Project, Primavera P3 or P6, etc) and MS Office; Candidates must be self-motivated, have excellent leadership skills and be able to achieve / drive a team and work under pressure within a demanding environment. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Planning Manager / Senior Planning Engineer / Planning Engineer. |
