| Job Duties: | • To coordinate and manage all the trade contractors for the project; • To liaise with zone Senior Project Manager and Project Manager with regard to the timely issue of necessary construction information and carry out checking of accuracy of the information with other project staff; • To develop the logistic strategy and planning for project execution; • To smooth the site operation by executing the logistic system; • To supervise site logistic matters, assist to coordinate, control and monitor bulk materials, site traffic control, resources balancing; • To plan and provision of temporary facilities such as tower crane, passenger & materials hoists and loading platforms, etc. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Degree holder in Building / Engineering disciplines or equivalent; Preference will be given to candidates with 10 years relevant experience in the building construction industry, 4 years of which should be gained within a main contractor on large scale projects; Candidates must be self-motivated, have excellent leadership skills and be able to achieve / drive a team and work under pressure within a demanding environment. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese preferred; Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Logistics Manager / Senior Logistics Officer / Logistics Officer |
