| Job Duties: | • Responsible for ensuring our high quality standards are maintained and conform to Company Systems and client requirements; • To follow all company’s policies and procedure; • To prepare QA Manual, Company Procedures and Supplementary Procedures; • To schedule the audit program and ensure audits are carried out, including the resolution of all audit findings within agreed timescales; • To train staff as SQARs; • To review and prepare trend analysis, determining the principal causes of non-conformances; • To prepare and present report of findings on quality audits at the Company wide Management Review Meetings; • To maintain the “Master List of Controlled Documents”; • To keep a copy of all obsolete Manuals, and dispose the same after consideration of use; • To issue all audit reports, Corporate List of CARs, NCR Status List and own QA Report for Management Reviews Meeting; • To conduct audits and / or direct Quality Assurance Auditors and / or to direct external auditor to conduct audits on Corporate matters, head office activities and the formal project audits; • To prepare the QA and technical training matrix of QA auditors; • To train and / or arrange external consultants to train Quality Assurance Auditors for the Company |

| Qualification Requirements: | Degree holder or equivalent in relevant discipline; Holder of Professional Membership or equivalent is highly preferable; Preference will be given to applicants having over 10 years of experience in the building construction industry and with a minimum of 5 years construction management or project management experience in managerial positions gained within building contractors or developers, 5 years of which was taking up a management role on large scale projects; Candidates must be self-motivated, have excellent leadership skills and be able to achieve / drive a team and work under pressure within a demanding environment. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese preferred; Candidates with less experience will be considered as QA/QC Engineer |
