| Job Duties: | 1.) Plan, direct, or coordinate, usually through subordinate supervisory personnel, activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems. 2.) Participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Includes managers in specialized construction fields, such as carpentry or plumbing. 3.) Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems. 4.) Plan, schedule, or coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines. 5.) Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports. 6.) Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, or other regulations. 7.) Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with environmental regulations. |

| Qualification Requirements: | 1)Bachelor’s degree or above in a construction-related field such as civil engineering with senior professional title. 2)Minimum five years’ experience in project management. 3)Holder of Registered Qualification Certificate Constructor or equivalent certificate. 4)Understand ethical behavior and business practices, and identify with the values of the Company. 5)Excellent communication, coordination, teamwork and influencing skills to protect the best interest of the Company and the Project. 6) Must be physically fit and willing to station in Saipan for the duration of the contract. 7)Fluency in Chinese preferred. 8)Salary is commensurate with experience. |
