| Job Duties: | Communicate with Golf Course Superintenddent. Be able to diagnosis problems with equipment. Work with Inventory Manager to control inventory of parts needed. Assign staff on daily basis. Be versatile to handle problems in the shop and in the field. Check mowers for proper ht. of cut and proper operations. Recommend status of equipment and equipment purchase to Golf Course Superintendent. Must understand the basic theory of Hydraulics and electrical on cars and Equipment. Set up Preventive-maintenance program for all equipment and maintain a clean work environment in the shop. Responsible for Operation of Generator and maintenance of compound (clean and safety). Responsible for Gas & Diesel pumps and Usage. Be able to Trouble shooting equipment. Make recommendation to GC Superintendent on how to save in maintenance shop and ability to fabricate equipment. |
