| Job Duties: | *Plan Chinese food menus according to employers' needed in Chinese. *Have a good Chinese language ability to totally understand and handle the Chinese employers and facilities’ occupants’ demands of food cooking. *Expertly handle cooking ways of Cantonese style food, Chongqing style food, Sichuan style food and Hunan style food. Shop for or order food and kitchen supplies and equipment. *Peel, wash, trim, and cook vegetables and meats, and bake breads and pastries. *Prepare meals according to employers' recipes or tastes, handling all meals for the family and possibly for other household staff. *Stock, organize, and clean kitchens and cooking utensils. *Specialize in preparing fancy dishes and/or food for special diets. *Create and explore new cuisines. *Direct the operation and organization of kitchens and all food-related activities, including the presentation and serving of food. *Plan and prepare food for parties, holiday meals, luncheons, special functions, and other social events. *Serve meals and snacks to employing families and their guests. *Must clean the office, store, warehouse and kitchen of company every day. *Must feed the security dogs at least twice times and bring them to property locations at different time as different guarding requirements every day. Must open the main gate before the company’s regular operation and close it after daily business finished and delivery trucks returned to warehouse. *During the period from gate opened to business regular operation started, being a guard every day to keep the lot safety until 8:00 Am. *Other related duties as company’s requirements. |
