Job Duties: Manage the coordination and overall integration of technical activities in architecture or engineering projects.Direct, review or approve project design changes. Confer with management, production or marketing staff to discuss project specifications or procedures. Present and explain proposals, reports or findings to management. Consult or negotiate to prepare project specifications. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Engineering.Fifteen (15) to Twenty (20) years work experience in the following areas of engineering: Wastewater treatment, power plant, construction, hotel & casino, knowledge of the practical application of engineering. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic, planning. Resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods and coordination of people and resources.Knowledge of the structure and content of the English and Chinese languages including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition and grammar.Critical Thinking – Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
