| Job Duties: | Plan, direct, or coordinate activities of an organization or department that provides lodging and other accommodations. Inspect guest rooms to ensure proper set-up to accommodate guest needs. Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel policies, procedures and services, and resolve occupants' complaints. Monitor revenue activity of the hotel or facility. Train staff members. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resources allocation, and knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling of hotel services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control system. To perform other duties as assign. |

U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder preferred. |
