| Job Duties: | Prepare, season and cook dishes such as soups, meats, vegetables or desserts. Order supplies, keep records and accounts and plan menu. Inspect and clean food preparation areas to ensure safe and sanitary food handling practices. Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperature. Monitor sanitation practices to ensure employees follow standards and regulations. Determine how food should be presented and create decorative food displays. Collaborate with other personnel to plan and develop recipes or menus. |

| Qualification Requirements: | A few months to 1 year of training involving both on-the-job experience and formal training with experienced workers is required. Strong communication and time management skills are essential. Able to work flexible schedule including week-ends, early morning hours, nights and holidays. |
