Job Title: Entertainment Manager
Job Duties: The Entertainment Manager is responsible for managing the performances, cast and crew of PIC Saipan’s entertainment. He/she is responsible in ensuring that PIC guests receive quality entertainment. They will ensure that the staff delivers consistent, amusing and high quality entertainment to our hotel guests. The Entertainment Manager will work closely with the Food and Beverage department to ensure proper set ups for indoor and outdoor shows. He/she must be versed in ALL aspects of the SEA CLUBMATE position as he/she will be scheduled shift work on a weekly basis. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: (Other duties may be assigned.) Maintain Current Entertainment, Develop New Entertainment, Manage and maintain Theater and Equipment & Supplies, Supervise Recreation Staff, Communicate Entertainment to Resort Guests, Perform the assigned duties of the PM Supervisor on Duty and Hotel Manager Responsibilities,

Qualification Requirements: Applicant must have previous choreography and dance experience with at least one year in a similar role. Must be versed in a wide variety of dance styles. Previous teaching experience is preferred. Must be versed in music editing programs and be able to learn how to operate the equipment in the PIC sound booth. Must be a certified American Red Cross lifeguard or be able to pass all American Red Cross Lifeguard requirements (including a 300 yard continuous swim test) in order to achieve certification. Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills are essential. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office with the ability to work well under pressure. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlines are necessary qualifications for the Entertainment Manager. Must be versed in all aspects of the “CLUBMATE” position as they will also be scheduled shifts in and around the beach/waterpark. Korean, Japanese and/or Russian language skills preferred. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early morning hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
