Job Title: Senior Manager, Casino Marketing
Job Duties: Loyalty Marketing: Plan and implement direct marketing campaigns and direct customer communication programs in order to increase customer loyalty, customer average revenue per user and reduce the number of customers who discontinue their service. Establish marketing goals to ensure share of market and profitability of products and /or services. Develops and executes marketing plans and programs, both short and long range to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products and /or services. To manage the Marketing budget and delivery of all marketing activity within the agreed budget. Researches, analyzes and monitors financial, technological and demographic factors so that market opportunities are maximized and competitive activity may be minimized. Develop and administer marketing database which includes client and prospect information, mailing list applications, access to financial reports etc. The creation and maintenance of an up to date, effective and class leading website. Establish effective working relationships with sales and agency leadership to ensure that our products and services are implemented through sales enablement and marketing demand generation programs. Provide feedback into product development and service offers and participates in their development; collaborate to create, launch and track performance of product and service offerings in our markets. Create effective, compelling positioning, messaging, and sales tools that are understood and used. Players Club: Plans and Executes Marketing Efforts to Acquire, Retain and Reactivate Mid to Premium Level Players. Coordinates marketing research and analysis projects with marketing, including the compilation of customer and market data in the preparation of various financial and statistical reports. Develops short and long range marketing plans to increase Best Sunshine Live’s share of the mid to premium level gaming markets. Evaluates customer segmentation models for growth opportunities in trips, customer win, and customer acquisition by segment or game preference. Handles special needs of premium players. Contacts and entertains potential gaming customers, promoting and selling the attributes of the facility and area. Works with the Entertainment/Special Events manager and supervises the Casino Hosts in managing, planning and scheduling of visits to the casino by individuals and groups of new or established mid to premium level gaming customers. Supports and supervises the acquisition and retention of mid and premium level players through the host Incentive Plan. Plans and establishes quotas; manages hosts to meet goals/quotas. Executes telemarketing and direct mail follow-up and tracking to support player reactivation programs. Supervises day to day operation of the Casino Host team. Fosters creations of customer development culture throughout the casino through strategic efforts and teamwork. Works with Casino Operations to ensure that our products are producing well and are competitive or premium to the market. Works with Casino Operations to determine optimum service experience systems are in place for VIP’s premium players. Maintains and submits required records and reports. Maintains the confidential nature of matters pertaining to company records. Adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies. Acts as role model and always presents self as a credit to Best Sunshine Live; encourages others to do the same. Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies. Implements and executes promotions (immediate, mid-term, and long-term) to ensure business growth, net gains in customer database development, and that the property retains existing customers and acquires new customers. Per direction of the DCOM, responsible for the design and execution of all promotions that drive business for the Casino. Develops canned promotions with collateral support, via all media/communication options, that can be implemented. Ensures that promotions are creative, bring energy to the property, and adhere to regulatory requirements and regulations. Partners collaboratively with Casino Analytics to create reporting and measurement of promotions which target business development and gaming growth, to ensure they meet or exceed expectations. Develops tools and reports to demonstrate that goals have been met. Maintains an ongoing schedule of promotions as outlined in the property marketing plan. Prepares financial pro-forma projections of expected profitability for proposed promotions and generates post-formas, so to measure the results of past promotions and events. Makes recommendations for the feasibility of repeating or modifying promotions. Per direction of the DCOM, develops theme, format and budget specifications for specific promotions. Coordinates and acts as master of ceremonies for promotions and special events related to the casino. Coordinates all décor requirements for promotions. Determines staffing needs and ensures proper work schedules necessary to implement promotions. Ensures public awareness of events. Directs, oversees, and assists the DCOM with planning of promotions, entertainment and other marketing projects as assigned. Distributes promotional materials throughout casino and local area. Completes required paperwork and reporting for contest winners including winners’ releases and IRS 1099 forms.. Communicates all events and information related to the events to operating departments to ensure timely coordination of all promotions and assures that appropriate personnel are equipped to address customer concerns. Establishes an effective working relationship with all operating departments. Understands and is responsible for department and Company policies and procedures pertaining to all games. Handles special assignments from the DCOM. Other pertinent duties as assigned by DCOM.

Qualification Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Hospitality, Gaming/Casino Management, or a related field. Work Experience: Five (5) years of experience in the gaming/casino industry, of which at least three (3) years was in a supervisory/managerial role, with a proven track record of developing and administering a marketing program and increasing revenues. OR At least five (5) years in marketing director role within professional services environment. Strong leadership, marketing management, and strategic planning experience, a proven track record in developing and administering a marketing program and increasing revenues. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Requires the ability to read, write, and speak the English language. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position. Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures. Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly. Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written. Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications and Interaction. Exceptional service attitude and superior people skills. Must have public speaking experience. Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency in tackling challenges. High level of professionalism. Ability to work calmly in difficult, high-pressure and high-stress situations. Possess a valid state-issued driver’s license. Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required. Must have a Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) as a requirement for this position. Must be a self starter, Team building and leadership, Multi-tasking, Organizational skills< Creative flair, Strong coaching and performance management skills, problem solving and conflict resolution skills. Polished presentation and interpersonal skill, Top level and business management, interpersonal and facilitation skills. Strong IT skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; two years of marketing, database utilization and tracking systems experience in managing multiple projects. While performing this positions incumbent must be able to facilitate in a normal administrative environment. Skill in reading, analyzing, and interpreting common professional and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Skill in responding to common and unusual inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the community. Skill in the development of a team environment. Skill to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors. o Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese (Written/Spoken).
