Job Title: Vice President of Information Technology - Business Solutions
Job Duties: Manages the day-to-day operations of IT Business Solutions team to support Casino and Hotel business operations, overseeing applications support and user support functions. Leads strategic technological planning to achieve business goals by prioritizing technology initiatives and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future technologies. Effectively manages a lead staff and works to ensure priorities are clear, development standards are adhered to and testing is conducted. Ensures that all aspects of technology are compliant with applicable requirements to ensure appropriate controls, policies and procedures, and other requirements are in place. Actively collaborates with the appropriate departments and outside vendors to develop and maintain a technology plan that supports organizational needs. Analyzes complex new business needs presented by organizational management and recommends technical solutions. Works with IT team to develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for technology spending and initiatives.

Qualification Requirements: Education: College degree holder in Computer Science or Information Technology Related Curriculum a minimum. Work Experience: Minimum of fifteen (15) years in IT development and operation with at least five (5) years in a management role. Experience in developing lart scale business applications in casino operating environment. Certification: Any Business Related or Technology Related certification a plus. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Requires the ability to read, write, and speak the English language Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position. Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures. Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly. Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written. Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications and Interaction Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English, Chinese and Cantonese (Written/Spoken)/ Ability to communicate in Putonghua is favorable.
