| Job Title: | Vice President of Information Technology - Infrastructure |
| Job Duties: | Oversee IT infrastructure development lifecycle. Managing all IT infrastructure teams of systems, network and telecommunications, infrastructure projects, integration and office automation. Define IT infrastructure strategy direction as company strategy plan. Define corporate view of IT operations model. Develop and define KPI’s and CSF’s for IT infrastructure angles. Develop IT infrastructure standard operating procedures for corporate and properties. Develop and define IT infrastructure backup strategy. Develop and define disaster and recovery plan. Evaluate new server/storage/backup technology and produce relevant reports. Assist Senior Vice President of IT to develop IT business plans, staffing, budgeting and process decisions that support both the long-term and the short-term objectives of the company. Manages IT Infrastructure costs and evaluates vendors and products to ensure proper support balanced with cost efficiency. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Education: College degree holder in Computer Science or Information Technology Related Curriculum a minimum. Work Experience: Minimum of eight (8) years in casino gaming industries IT infrastructure sector, to manage IT operations and property opening projects. At least five (5) years in a management role. Experience in enterprise scale of IT infrastructure development including platforms, servers, storages, Network, telecommunications and terminal technology. Certification: Any business related or Technology Related certifications a plus. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Requires the ability to read, write, and speak the English language. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position. Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures. Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly. Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written. Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need. Must be able to work independently or with a team. Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications and Interaction. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese (Written/Spoken). |
