| Job Duties: | Oversee centralized operation. Ensure operation run smoothly within departments such as information and data processing, mail, materials scheduling and distribution, printing and reproduction, records management, telecommunications management, security, recycling, wellness, and transportation services. Ensure contracts, insurance requirements, and government regulations and safety standards are followed properly. Examine energy consumption patterns, technology usage, and personal property needs. Oversee support services, preparation, analysis, negotiation, and review of contracts related to purchase or sale of equipment, materials, supplies, products, or services. Handle acquisition, distribution, and storage of equipment and supplies. Supervise a building's operations and maintenance, project planning and management, communication, finance, facility function, technology integration, and environmental factors. Monitor facility for security. Direct facilities staff, including custodial and ground workers. Responsible for daily operation of the sewing department, ensuring production to customer quality standards in a timely manner. Ensure all product received in the sewing area is counted, checked for quality and verified with the bill of lading. Set and properly communicate any customer quality standards. Make scheduling decisions to ensure that product is delivered on time. Provide a safe working order. Responsible for the supervision of all Sewing Operators, Commercial Cleaners and General Workers. Perform other related duties as required. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Two years of professional experience involving the application of the principles of finance or in two or more of the following areas of administrative management: human resources, information technology, purchasing, organizational analysis, or property management, including one year equivalent to the experienced level.
