| Job Duties: | Plans and conducts public relations program designed to create and maintain favorable public image for the employer. Plans and directs development and communication of inforrmation designed to keep public informed of casino programs, accomplishments, or point of view. Arranges for public relations efforts in order to meet needs, news releases, photos to media representatives and other persons. Escorts patrons to/from destination. | Qualification Requirements: | High school graduate or its equivalent. At least 18 years of age. Minimum two(2) years work experience in the casino industry. Knowledge of casino games & player programs a must. Computer literate. Good customer service, communication or interpersonal skills. Speaks one of the following languages fluently (Chinese, Korean or Japanese).Some of these occupations may require a high school diploma or GED certificate. Related Experience Little or no previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is needed for these occupations. For example, a person can become a waiter or waitress even if he/she has never worked before. Job Training Employees in these occupations need anywhere from a few days to a few months of training.
