| Job Duties: | Prepare & maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software. Processing of new/renewal visas for company operations. Determines suitable visas for individual employees and employees of certain expertise. Prepare, manage, and monitors employee visa database. Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations. Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork. Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions or promotion opportunities. Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns. Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Graduation from high school or equivalent. Must have a minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of experience in Human Resources. Knowledge in the processing of visas such as CW, E, H1B, L or any other related visas. Strong experience in Microsoft Office. Strong communication skills both written and oral. Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology. Knowledge of CNMI/Federal laws, legal codes, government regulations, executive orders and agency rules. |
