| Job Duties: | Oversees the entire operations of the Dance Club. Determines the intended clientele and market accordingly. Must be familiar with the hiring of Dance Club entertainers like disc jockeys and bands; and familiar with the equipment that the entertainers use. Determines the type of music that is played in the Dance Club and what kind of audience to attract. Hires responsible bartenders to oversee and check the identification of all customers. Maintains compliance with all the regulations related to serving alcohol. Hires security and keep in constant contact with them throughout the operations period. Responsible in the procurement of supplies and materials required to run a Dance Club. Handles promotional events and drawing in customers. Coordinates, manages and monitors the workings of the organization. Implements and manages operational plans. Reviews financial statements and data. Utilize financial data to improve profitability. Prepare and control operational budgets. Control inventory. Plan effective strategies for the financial well-being of the company. Improves processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulates and implements organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitors adherence to rules, regulations and procedures. Plans the use of human resources. Organizes recruitment and placement of required staff. Establish organizational structures. Delegates tasks and accountabilities. Establishes work schedules. Supervises staff. Monitors and evaluates performance. Directs and coordinates activities of businesses concerned with the pricing and/or sales of products. Manages staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties. Reviews financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement. Establishes and implements organizational policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary. Determines staffing requirements, and interviews, hires and trains new employees, or oversees those personnel processes. Monitors businesses and agencies to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits. Oversee activities directly related to making products or providing services. Directs and coordinates organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency. Determines goods and services to be sold, and set prices and credit terms, based on forecasts of customer demand. |

Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management; business and management principles and practices; financial and accounting principles and practices; human resource principles and practices; project management principles and practices. Expertise in Sound & Lighting design and application. Information technology skills; Key Competencies. Preferably male, at least 30 -45 years old. |
