| Qualification Requirements: | High School graduate, GED or equivalent plus a few months to 1 year work experience as a bartender. Candidate must be energetic with an excellent track record in hospitality and who thrives in a fast-paced service environment; must have in depth knowledge about wines, spirits, cocktails and other drink ingredients, has the ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and management in both written and verbal form, ability to handle multiple tasks, must demonstrate true passion to serve guests, have strong team work skills, must be willing to work shifts, evenings, holidays, and weekends. Highly motivated, organized, outgoing, with excellent communication and leadership skills an advantage. |
