| Job Duties: | To ensure that excellence in service is provided to Casino guests through Guest Services and that appropriate complimentary privileges are accorded Junkets and Premium Players and that all their needs and requirements are attended to. Ensure that Junkets, Premium Players and VIP's receive first class service. Increase the player data base from overseas players, co-ordinate with the company international marketing departments and Saipan based tourist organizations to achieve it. Ensure that Junkets, Premium Players are accorded appropriate complimentary privileges. Obtain Player information to develop and maintain a comprehensive Player database. Manage the administration of Club VIP memberships. Provide detailed departmental reports. Ensure that integrity and confidentiality are adhered to at all times. Maintain impeccable dress and grooming standards at all times. Adhere to all regulations in relation to Anti-Money Laundering filing reports as required. Complete and update the Rules and Regulations required to manage the Guest Service Department. Attend all company meetings as required. Adhere to all Company Rules, Regulations and Policies. Report to General Manager as required. Perform other duties as required by the General Manager. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High School graduate, GED, technical school plus a minimum of 3 years work experience in a casino or equivalent or any equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training.
