PREPARE & REVIEW OPERATIONAL OR SERVICES REPORTS & SCHEDULES TO ENSURE ACCURACY & EFFICIENCY, REVIEW FINANCIAL STATEMENTS, SALES & ACTIVITY REPORTS AND OTHER PERFORMANCE DATA TO MEASURE PRODUCTIVITY & GOAL ACHIEVEMENT & TO DETERMINE AREAS NEEDING COST REDUCTION & PROGRAM IMPROVEMENT. ANALYSE INTERNAL PROCESSES & RECOMMEND & IMPLEMENT PROCEDURAL OR POLICY CHANGES TO IMPROVE OPERATIONS OR SERVICES, SUCH AS SUPPLY CHANGES OR DISPOSAL OF RECORDS. RESOLVE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS REGARDING SALES & SERVICE. MANAGE STAFF, PREPARING WORK SCHEDULES & ASSIGNING SPECIFIC DUTIES. DIRECT & COORDINATE ORGANIZATIONS FINANCIAL & BUDGET ACTIVITIES TO FUND OPERATIONS. MAXIMIZE INVESTMENTS & INCREASE EFFICIENCY. ESTABLISH & IMPLEMENT DEPARTMENTAL POLICIES, GOALS, OBJECTIVES & PROCEDURES, CONFERRING W/BOARD MEMBERS. ORGANIZATION OFFICIALS & STAFF MEMBERS AS NECESSARY, PLAN, ADMINISTER & CONTROL BUDGETS FOR CONTRACTS, EQUIPMENT & SUPPLIES. MONITOR THE FACILITY TO ENSURE THAT IT REMAINS SAFE, SECURE & WELL-MAINTAINED. OVERSEE THE MAINTENANCE & REPAIR MACHINERY, EQUIPMENT & ELECTRICAL & MECHANICAL SYSTEMS. OVERSEE CONSTRUCTION & RENOVATION PROJECTS TO IMPROVE EFFICIENCY & TO ENSURE THE FACILITIES MEET ENVIRONMENTAL, HEALTH & SECURITY STANDARDS AND COMPLY WITH GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS. DETERMINE STAFFING REQUIREMENTS AND INTERVIEW,HIRE AND TRAIN NEW EMPLOYEES OR OVERSEE THOSE PERSONNEL PROCESSES. PLAN AND DIRECT ACTIVITIES SUCH AS SALES PROMOTIONS AND SET PRICES AND CREDIT TERMS BASED ON FORECASTS OF CUSTOMER DEMAND. LOCATE, SELECT AND PROCURE MERCHANDISE FOR RESALE REPRESENTING MANAGEMENT IN PURCHASE NEGOTIATIONS. CONFER WITH POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS REGARDING EQUIPMENT NEEDS AND ADVISE CUSTOMER ON TYPES OF EQUIPMENT TO PURCHASE. MONITOR CUSTOMERS PREFERENCES TO DETERMINE FOCUS OF SALES EFFORTS, COMMUNICATE WITH PARENT COMPANY IN JAPAN. |
