| Job Duties: | Safeguard company assets located in the work area. Enforce rules and regulations of the casino for pit games. Respond to customer disputes arising in pit games. Oversee pit games in progress, customers and employees in assigned area. Direct assignment of pit personnel. Maintain proper table inventories through fills and credits. Issue playing cards and dice and review them for irregularities at the beginning of the shift. Assumes duties of the Shift Manager in his absence. Adherence to Gaming Regulations and Regulation 6A. Notify Shift Manager of any irregularities noted in customer play and transactions during shift. Plays an active role in training and development of Gaming personnel. Must provide courteous and friendly service to all staff and guests. Perform related work as requested. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Candidates must have a high school education or equivalent required. Need anywhere from a few months to one year of working with experienced employees in Casino Gaming supervisory experience. Must have excellent communication skills. Ability to present self in a professional, pleasant, confident and well-groomed manner. Full knowledge and understanding of all company and department rules, regulations, policies and procedures. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff. Knowledge of casino games and operations. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Must be able to secure a Commonwealth Casino Commission Gaming License. |
