| Job Duties: | Prepare transportation schedules. Prepare work schedules for Guest Service Attendants. Train and supervise Guest Service Attendants. Must be familiar and knowledgeable with the duties and responsibilities of the Guest Service attendants, and must be able to perform such duties. Resolve customer complaints. Answer customers’ questions regarding our facilities and services. Assist customers. Provide staff with guidance in handling complaints or disputes. Discuss job performance with employees to resolve problems and increase morale. Other related duties as assigned. |
