| Job Duties: | This very unique career oriented position will focus on all VIP activities for a diverse collection of business units that will cater to high end casino VIP clients primarily from the Far East. Responsibilities will include, assuring the highest degree of service in VIP Gaming areas is accomplished, provide translation services for clients, maintain oversight of fine dining operations and high end beverage service, oversee villa and yacht f & B operations and assist with flight and room arrangements. You will enjoy a Hands-On management role, where you can lead your team to exceptional Five Star service standards. You will work well as part of a busy team and will have the skills and abilities to work in a multicultural environment. You will liaise with VIP marketing teams and Casino Operations teams to ensure client’s requirements are met. You must build and support a strong and strategically focused VIP Service team. You will actively train, coach and motivate your workforce in the effective organization and management of the multiple VIP outlets and the development their foreign language skills so they may effectively communicate with VIP clients. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have background in fine dining operations, hotel operations, luxury villa operations and luxury yacht operations. Must have the ability to speak and read English, Mandarin Chinese and Japanese. Must have at least 10 years of experience in a multicultural service environment with a focus on VIP guests from China, Japan and Korea. Must have a background within remote island resorts. Must have worked in a Casino environment as a manger or similar position. Capable of managing 100+ team members. Showcase clear emphasis on quality and maintain excellent guest services at all times. Very social personality who likes to greet/meet guests. Must be able to significantly contribute towards achieving KPIs and set goals. Should have a sound knowledge on Sales and Marketing in a casino environment. Able to train and coach the workforce and lead by example. Capable enough to work on cost control, budgets and supervise other required details of the department’s financial records. Ability to review and comprehend all necessary clients’ documentation. Ability to observe and direct actions of fellow Team Members as required. Develop and administer Multi Cultural training for Casino Marketing, F&B, Slot and Table Games Teams to ensure the highest level of service from all touch points. |
